Saeco Xelsis 7850 coffee spout

I have ne Saeco / Philips 7850 from my neighbor in front of me, which runs after coffee simply water, so about 20 - 30 sec. Do you have some idea what I can do? Is irtgend a valve calcified? I'm just stuck and need a little mental support. Do not like the Saeco particularly and wanted to give my neighbor my overhauled Melitta ci, she does not like. She wants her sweetie back. Hope you guys can help me out a bit,

You mean that water still runs out of the coffee spout?

yes water comes out of the coffee spout. I thought that some valve is calcified. Because water doesn't just come out. I thought some valve can no longer close. So either try with good descaler, or completely disassemble? Unfortunately, the Kva. is completely foreign to me. Is there any material? Find also no Explossionszeihnung.
