EQ 6/300, abort despite filled bean container.

Hi all, have now read through all the old posts and already made both cleaning d. grinder and reset for my model EQ 6/300 (press espresso + water cup at the same time, make factory setting -> ok), but the error persists.
So the machine starts briefly, then brings the message "output is canceled" - "fill bean hopper" and if you then press start a second time, the selected drink comes without problems. Is of course quite annoying, if you have to wait with each cup first the relatively long lasting abort process, before you then get the 2nd attempt but still his coffee.
Is there from the round of the experienced perhaps nen tip for troubleshooting?

Had the same problem, very annoying. Have now changed times the coffee type
(Jacobs Barista Edition) now it runs here again. But have another problem.
It simply switches off completely after a short start-up for coffee.
Have not yet found a solution to this.

had the same problem last week. After a change of coffee and wiping out the coffee container disappeared the problem. We then changed again to the "problem coffee" (dm organic espresso beans) and so far the problem fortunately did not occur again....
