I can only agree that the coffee from Fausto is very good and you don't drink any supermarket coffee after that...

Hello,
a good espresso always makes the most of the Arabica beans as high as possible. These can be recognized by a "bitter taste" the acidity. Which is rarely desired in the northern regions. However, the basic requirement is still the equipment on site. With a perfectly adjusted machine i.e., mill inside the machine or external correctly adjusted. Every gram makes the coffee taste different in intensity. So you can take a good taste out of almost every coffee.

Hello,

When it comes to delicious espresso, I always have the Espresso No. 1 from kaffeeklingler.de. If I feel like stronger varieties, I like to drink Espresso No. 5 or Sumatra Mandheling from the same roasting plant.

Supermarket Coffee no longer comes into my vending machine. Also the expensive Arabica varieties of Lavazza or Segafredo are nothing against it.

Gruss

Hello,

I am proud owner of a Jura J 9.2 since Friday....finally....!

A little secret tip from our coffee specialty shop in Kaiserslautern (for all of you who are from the area: www.die-bohne-kl.de...really worth to have a look...great advice...great espresso...really very nice shop):

The company Omkafe in Riva (Italy): http://www.omkafe.com/default.aspx?IDL=3.
I will drive to Lake Garda in March and go shopping and report smile.gif...

At the moment I'm just testing "Maria Sole" from Umbria...great taste...but as I said I'm still missing a bit of comparison...
In any case, lengths lie between it and the Tchibo espresso that came with the machine... smile.gif

greeting
Andreas

I found the article here quite informative about the selection of coffee beans! Good luck

Hi,

I have a question smile.gif. I have a Saeco VA with its own grinder. Right now, I'm using beans from Mokambo that I really like. But today I got a capuccino from a small, funny Italian from his three-wheeled car coffee machine, which to put it mildly blew my socks.

The espresso had virtually zero acidity, but a very pronounced roasted aroma. I'd call it "how lightly burnt. That was in connection with the milk, sugar and a little cocoa powder the absolute hit. Any of you know any beans that match your character? Or is the cause "only" due to the screen support and possibly a kind of patina in the device? I just need to know how to get closer to this taste biggrin.gif

>I'm happy about every tip!

Many greetings
efkate

Was on his way around Mondsee at Easter and passed the roasting factory on his way home. So far I have tried the black brand and the red fusion and I have to say that I am very enthusiastic! But I have a screen carrier machine at home
.
At work we also have a fully automatic machine, which is only fed with brightly awake, black brand and blue fusion :-)

As such clear recommendation from me: http://www.roestmanufaktur.at

So I have to admit that my husband and I haven't really paid attention to choosing the right beans for years. But when we bought ourselves a new machine last year and were given organic beans by a colleague of my husband, we almost fell over. What we have found delicious and good espresso for years was, to put it drastically, brown water. Then we looked more closely at the whole issue and I must honestly say that I can no longer understand it if someone does not use organic beans. It is so much better for the environment http://www.bund.net/nc/presse/pressemittei...kaffee-trinken/ and it simply tastes better for worlds too! My husband ordered organic beans from some internet providers and we tried it out. Hmm...that was a joke smile.gif In the end we got stuck at http://www.coffeecircle.com and haven't regretted this decision until today. The espresso simply tastes heavenly and is produced in a fair and environmentally friendly way. This was still very important to me personally.

Hi Secheffe,
Black fire and blue fusion will definitely be tried. Many thanks for the tip!

I was able to generate an improvement by using de-oiled cocoa powder instead of some sweetened one. In retrospect, I can't understand why I didn't get to it right away smile.gif This brings a pleasant, chocolate-bitter note to the cappuccino.
The beans Ionia Cinque Stelle fit very well to this, but there will be a comparison with the roasting manufactory.

MariaK, FairTrade etc. I see the same, but first I want to test the roasting plants themselves. I'll order a pack from CoffeeCircle.

I'll give feedback as soon as I get to it smile.gif

Thanks and greetings

I tried - admittedly for reasons of cost - some time ago Lavazza, which is always on sale.

But I will return to my "Monsoned Malabaar" from Fausto. Perfect for long coffee and excellent for espresso.

Hello.

Bin again on the search for a suitable espresso bean for my Delonghi ESAM 5500 Titanium, and I just ordered these mentioned espresso beans or the tasting set from RöstManufatur, I'm really curious!!! biggrin.gif>

Has another one of these espresso beans for its fully automatic coffee maker?

MFG

since the tastes are very different, the perfect bean is the one you like, and no one else.
