On the 24th of December our machine doesn't feel like it anymore.
Because times again, I started the program Calc 'n clean, Christmas you have time for something like that. :-D.
Everything went through until step 7/9,
then the machine told me to fill the washer tank, but it was full.
Pump started again and again, but no water was taken out.
In the end plug out and wait.
After switching on again message "rinsing after service interruption"
again only partial withdrawal of water from the tanksuddenly
banging noise, escape of water vapour.

again only partial removal of water from the tank

Draw a coffee, only approx. 50% fill quantity. Attempt to froth milk, only approx 20%Followed by

again request to refill water, although the container is still full.
Sometimes also message to fill water without carbonation.
Now I'm stuck in the "rinse after service stop" loop.
Water comes out of the coffee spout, water comes out of the milk hose, water runs into the drip tray, but in some steps the pump struggles and the water in the tank doesn't decrease and nothing comes out anywhere.
Since I'm stuck in the rinse menu, I can't get into the service menu either.
Machine is pretty much 5 years old (bought 23.12.16), regularly cleaned and descaled (original products) and has never let me down so far. (just under 6,000 coffees and 5,000 milk)
I have already completely disassembled brewing unit without being able to find any limescale or blockages anywhere.
a) how do I get out of the loop?
What could be the cause of this strange behaviour?
