Call Bosch Hotline

,First of all thanks to all in this forum. Have already read and learned a lot in here.

At the moment our Bosch zickt something, ie We should call the hotline.

After switching on it runs the normal warning program, ie you can hear the brewing soup driving, heating comes on, but when rinsing it breaks off. Turning it on and off results in only hearing the CV and then it stops.

Component test I have made - everything works so far. Pump I have replaced and CV I had also apart.

Error Log is NTC Surf conspicuous with 36. at each start it counts further up.

Does anyone have an idea?

Looks like defective temperature sensor on heater...Falss the possibility to measure, both temperature sensors should have so about a resistance of 52-58 kohm at room temperature.

I measured it at the connector near the board - shows 4.6 kOhm at room temperature - when I take the sensor in my hand, the value drops.
Is this then the culprit ?

I can't say anything about the other values, 4.6kohm is definitely too low, the value drops when it warms up, which is normal. Exchange and then see what happens.

,Unfortunately, the sensors were not available with the machine individually - only with flow heater together.

Completely replaced - and it runs again !
