Powder tray not responding , jura impresa j9.2

I have a jura impresa 9.2 , for a while it shows in the display " clean device " . I prepare everything, I put the tablet in, but the flap of the powder compartment does not react anymore. I have already tried everything I have found in the net but everything has led to the same result that I have to cancel the cleaning.
Now I have first cleaned as best I can by hand, which of course is not so pointless full.

Can you operate the flap somehow manually or who has another trick for me.

It is quite possible that the machine does not even recognize when the lid is closed.
The instructions state:

Throw a JURA cleaning tablet into the filler funnel.

Close the cover of the filler funnel.

INSERT TABLET / PRESS CARE, the
care button c lights up.

Press the care button.
CLEAN, water flows out of the coffee spout and the cappuccino frother several times.
