Jura S9 One Touch

Hello, I'm new here in the forum and became aware of my problem, which has been addressed here before, but unfortunately not addressed.
I have a Jura S9 One Touch!
If I reach with my hand into the tray compartment on the left side up, there is yes an "opening", and there hangs a hose from above loose down. Is that normal that it hangs so freely? There is no error message!

Can someone please tell me what the hose is about? Is it normal that it hangs down there?
Is that why something is not working? Can someone tell me where the hose goes and where it may need to be plugged
?

Since I do not know so well, it would help me a lot!

this is normal. It is a hose from the ceramic valve that allows residual water/overpressure to run into the drip tray.
