Hello dear Cafe - Community,

we have sent in our coffee machine, with the request to process the contact point of Milchaufschäumer´s.... Furthermore it was about control of the device etc.

This is about a white machine from Philips SAECO. We have been assigned a company in Föhren online via the manufacturer. Even an assigned parcel carrier picked up the device. The device was properly packed in a transport box and taken away.
We paid the bill for the complete inspection and now the device should be delivered to us again.

Now we come to the actual problem.
The device did not arrive with us.... over 2 weeks passed and it took place in the meantime active correspondence. We were then also times with the lawyer and played already with the thought a complaint with the police to carry out. The background is that it was said that it would not be possible to start a transmission tracking without the original invoice of our machine. Through our lawyer who had determined the transmission tracking himself, we then knew where the device was last recorded.
We then passed this information on and about 3 hours later we were told that our device had reappeared and now nothing would stand in the way of delivery.
It took 3 - 4 days until the device arrived at our home. In a torn cardboard box, without the transport bag / repair note in the delivery note, etc... should be.
Already when removing from the cardboard box I had serious doubts that it is our machine. Our device was optically like new, a shiny diamond white.... this device was color worn and matt. We then looked at everything in peace, but nothing fits! The water container " optically old and scratched ", the gap size of the door is not right at all and the milk container / frother was not there at all..... But the big hit is that on the inside of the door the glue with the serial number / barcode etc.blink.gif... is now missing. The explanation for this is, due to a defect one would have had to change these. Now there is only a sticker with phone number of the repair service...........on it.

Do I have the possibility somehow - somewhere to determine the serial number???
