Irregular coffee output Ena 4

Dear Community,

I hope you can assess my concern. I have purchased the ENA4 new and properly put into operation.

Now I notice that when a small drink / small cup symbol is dispensed first a small blob of coffee ausgegenen (as if blown out / spit out) and immediately flow the actual coffee costant (after about 1-2 seconds). Here I use espresso beans a.d. Roasterrei. Grind is at level 3 and strength at 2 beans. With other settings it is similar. With the large cup icon, this does not happen (the coffee runs right through). The noises between large cup (known noise) and small cup (MRT noise) are subjectively different.

Also noticed that during automatic cleaning (before/after coffee) water runs subjectively not only from the tap of the coffee dispenser but also inside in the drip tray.

I would be pleased about your opinions, whether named is correct or I have possibly caught a Sunday model.

This is OK so far. This is called pre-brewing. I think Jura has its own term for this.
Rinsing in the machine is also normal. The brewing unit is cleaned of coffee grounds on the inside.
