Milk foam

only one capucino not two

What can I do. My De'Longhi Eletta Evo ECAM 46.860.B... makes only one Capucino not 2 in a row. The foam is perfect. Only if the machine was off long enough I can pull a capucino or latte. If I want to pull another one right after, the frothing does not work. It does not pull the milk. Even after complete cleaning of the milk container it does not work. If it is then about ne hour not operated I can again make a drink with milk foam. but only one drink. What can I do?
