Greetings guys. Have the same problem with the device. however, it is the model EA8200. Have it completely disassembled because it has only given little coffee. Hot water went perfectly. It was always wet at the bottom, so my guess was that it is somewhere tight or a hose connection has loosened.
Anyway, I disassembled it, cleaned all the hoses and reassembled.
Of course, I now wanted to test whether more water comes out when I lower coffee or if it still runs somewhere below. (Without housing rear switched on and button for collection container pressed with finger).
It starts, you have to set the date and time, then first came for about 2 seconds the message that it heats up, then the plug symbol!
Now looked through everything again, whether all plugs are connected in their proper place, etc. ...
there came once that the two containers should be inserted, I have done but because it is so cumbersome to hold the tank and the collection container at the same time, I have turned them off....Now, turn on again, again set the date and time, then comes the message "maintenance" for 1 second and the plug icon!
Can you somehow "reset the part?"
She just does not start through.
In the BAL I can't find anything useful, I tried to follow the tips from the forum, I just assumed that the button with the cup is the said cappucino button If not, I can't get this far to be able to select this. Thanks for the help in advance. LG
