Cleaning program does not start, but

Red lamp clean flashes, and when I start cleaning program , only coffee runs down!!Does
anyone
have
an idea about this?

Hi!

I had the same problem with the Krups EA8108 that I bought on https://cafe-noisette.fr/.
I thought it was a manufacturing defect and almost sent it back, but finally the problem stopped after I handled it...

I just reset the cleaning program and the problem disappeared. I don't know if you have the possibility to do it on yours... what about it ?
