Sticky coffeebeans clocks grinder access

The coffee machine have been unused for a month and now the dark roast beans have turned sticky. I have replaced them but some was still on the way to the grinder and now hindering access for fresh beans, resulting in no beans to grinde and hence no coffee. I am not able to get access to the feeding system for the grinder. How to???

If the grinder is still grinding, the ceragol grinder cleaner may help.
