Drip Tray in but still say replace drip tray

Siemans eq 7 keeps saying replace tray

My Siemans eq7 keeps saying replace drip tray even when it’s replaced. Tried cleaning the inside but to no avail. Machine just won’t work while in this mode. Hope someone one here can find a solution.
