My new Prima Donna Soul's milk frothing only works sometimes. One time in 3, I get perfect micro-foam; the other times I just get milk with almost no foam. I feel like the problem is with the foam selection dial. I've cleaned everything thoroughly (including running everything through the dishwasher) and been painstaking about assembly.

I can't decide if there's a fault with the thing or I'm doing something wrong.
