Machine does not start after decalcifying

I hope
someone can help
me
.

We have the problem that since I decalcified the machine yesterday and cleaned the brewing unit with it, our machine no longer

works.

When you plug in the mains plug, you only hear a soft crack and nothing happens. No

display nothing.

After the passage of the full water tank filled with clear water (where one presses after the empty "off") I had not switched it on again.
