I've been buying a fully automatic coffee machine since the end of February, and I'm delighted.
But already after a few times a system error was on it. I informed Bonitas by email. She said I could send the machine back. But since I was so happy about this machine, I overlooked this "mistake every now and then". But then, in September, the machine started to stop producing milk foam for me. I even got some new hoses, because icj thought maybe I have to change them, but these hoses don't fit to the machine. Then I wrote Bonitas again. I got the return ticket and since I sent the machine away at the end of September I am sitting on hot coals. I got an email that the machine will be viewed at the end of October and since then I hear and read nothing more from Bonitas. My emails remain unanswered when I call I am in a continuous loop. Well, it's very odd. Feels like I'm getting ripped off.
