Machine hisses after changing outlet nozzles

There, done! It was fiddly, but the new outlet nozzle is inside.
Unfortunately I might have done something wrong (!?!), the machine grinds
and then longer nothing happens. A little coffee comes out, then it hisses and she writes "grinder coarser". Even the milk nozzle doesn't pull. It

seems as if the sledge, which

is taken off and put back on, does not fit properly for the exchange of the nozzle. But it's the same as before, you don't have a game and you can't bet harder either.

What now!?! Anybody have an idea?
