Cleaning interrupted is no longer possible

Hello need help I have a full quattro force ea860E10 has asked me to do a cleaning program and we keep showing that the program is broken and all the time the same thing you are doing writer program restart and go nothing more what do I do plug I have also brought out nothing please help

If I understood your problem correctly, I had the same issue this morning. Didin’t really find a clear way of doing it, but after three trials and disconnecting the machine in between each for moren than 30 minutes, the fourth cleaning session was succesfull, i.e. it ended correctly and entered to a normal cooking mode.
