Coffee spout Siemens EQ7

Machine runs out brown at the bottom????

Hello have today cleaned my brew group at the Siemens EQ 7 Plus model TE706FO9 and provided with new seals. But what I do not understand is that under the machine is always brown liquid can this possibly be due to the coffee spout needs to be changed?
