Infuser cannot be taken off the machine for clean.

I wanted to clean the infuser but I cannot remove it from my Miele CM 7300 . It’s not moving and machine said put infuser back. Also I have an error F233 after I cleaned all the front parts and it’s not moving up and down. Anyone can advise how to make it work?
