Siemens TE607503DE: No rinse cycle

Good morning dear forum,

thanks to the forum I was able to eliminate my problem on my above coffee machine. Since I irregularly got the message "call service hotline" or "restart device" and this problem came when dispensing water or milk, I replaced the ceramic valve. Now comes out of the device again nice hot coffee and great milk foam.

However, I have noticed that for some time now, my coffee machine no longer performs a rinse operation when it is switched on or off. It goes off immediately, or when switching on, each coffee type button lights up once briefly and the machine is ready for use.

When I process milk with the machine, I clean of course every time the milk system with the appropriate button.

Is this normal, setting thing or something else defective?
