Blocked brewing group

The brewing group of my NICR 620 is stuck. She's in the upper position, and I can't get her back. How do I unlock them or how do I get them back into their initial position?

So I have the brewing group out again and my NICR620 is running again

In the end, I used an external 9VDC power source (for me it was a laboratory power supply) to simply let the motor run until the brewing unit could be removed normally. After that I brought the motor back to the starting position with the ext. 9VDC power source, so that the brewing group could be used again.
Switch on! Go!
