Hello everyone,
our CM6350 sucks for a few weeks no more milk from container or hose. At the beginning this happened only sporadically, then more and more often until the milk was no longer sucked.
I have already tried all the solutions that seem logical to me and also browsed the forums.
I have first taken care of all external parts, ie cappuccinator and suction hose first cleaned and then replaced.
Then I replaced the bypass valve, also without success. Then the hoses between valve and outlet. I have also disassembled and cleaned the ceramic valve once. The pump and the flow heater I have then also changed, otherwise I have not thought of more and also in the forums I have found nothing else / further.
The funny thing is, the cleaning agent / water is sucked in when cleaning mode of the milk line. When drawing hot milk or milk foam, only the steam comes, the milk / water is not sucked. Even holding the container up or sticking the hose directly into the milk does nothing.
Does anyone else have any ideas?
