With my saeco incato deluxe is flown out while making coffee the wheel on the side. With heavy pressure. Can't get it back in, either?

The complete plastic part with the nose on it or just the knob you turn?
If the part with the nose fell out you have to push the nose down and push the part in. I don't know if that's possible with the top mounted. Never
tried it
before

Or is your nose off? Can you get a picture of that
