Nivona NICR670 does not grind

Hello,
at the Nivona NICR 670 is displayed beans refill even though beans are in container.the mill also rotates,sounds like idle.the device is 2 months old
Who can help ?

Hello,
with my machine it helped to adjust the grinding degree.
try this one out.

Get another hot tip, grind with rice, several times before the brewing process, interrupt
has worked.coffee machine is ready again.
