Hello all,
My coffee machine the descaling button lights up continuously, when holding down for 5-10 sec. does not switch to descaling mode. no matter how long. Normally if you hold the button down 5-10 then the other buttons start flashing but here I don't see any reaction.

Hi,
what kind of Delonghi? There is a type plate on the underside. ESAM xxx or Ecam xxx for example.
