Switches itself off after switching on

After switching on, Xelsis sm7684-04 switches off after a few seconds (if the water tank is full and all doors are closed). If the water tank is empty, the message "Add water" appears, after adding water it switches off. When the service door is open, I turn on the XELSIS, the message "Close door" appears, and when I close it, XELSIS shuts down. After it was idle for a week and I turned it on, managed to make several cups of coffee, then turned off. Then turns on and off after a few seconds
