Buying advice Siemens EQ 9 S500 or EQ 6 S700

Hello to all here!

Our Melitta Caffeo CI is slowly but surely giving up the ghost. Water runs out everywhere.
Now ne Siemens EQ in the house. Either the Siemens EQ 9 S500 TI9555X9De or TI915539DE are available. The S400 from Otto also looks interesting.
Then there is the EQ 6 S700 plus extra class. Since with the mentioned EQ 9 models only approx. 150 euro price difference is should be no obstacleWe
drink daily between 6-7 coffee and to me is important that I can adjust certain things zb. strength, temperature and completely importantly my large cups fully get, with the Melitta went always only max 220ml

The Barista Mode looks very interesting, is that just a gimmick or really so great? Are there any alternatives to the above mentioned machines? About any advice / experience values I would be very grateful because I am a little uncertain.
