EQ 300 no coffee

No water going through the machine

Hi All,
Recently my eq300 stopped making coffee. The used coffee grinds are dry in the tray and the drip tray has a cup full of water. Not a drop of water is coming out of the front spout. I have run a calc_n_clean and the water passes through the machine in the normal way, 500 ml in 500ml out?
Can anyone come up with a solution.Machine is only 3 months out of warranty.
