Siemens EQ 6 plus S 300 - Coffee output aborted

Hi all
,my above mentioned coffee machine suddenly has the following error:
I press on a coffee product and the machine starts to grind coffee and also
fill
the cup
, but after a few seconds (the coffee is maybe at most 10% in the cup) the machine stops and displays "Coffee output canceled - please wait".
Then it jumps back to the normal selection menu and stays there.
But also at the next try the same procedure.
I have already done a reset and also unplugged the machine.
What else can I do?

My tip would be the water pump

Thanks for the tip, I believe now because there is now no coffee at all and the test of the water pump says "no function". It no longer pumps at all. Is only annoying because three weeks ago only the two-year warranty expired. What is the best thing to do? Write to Siemens or Amazon (where I bought it)? Or have it repaired by an electrician? Thanks VG

Whether Siemens can do something as a gesture of goodwill?
If you are handy, you should be able to replace the pump yourself.

Replace pump itself, instructions are available on Youtube enough and without the pulsation dampers (you can remount from the old pump) are at 20 €.
