Caffe Perfetto no longer draws water

Hello,

>our Caffe Perfetto has quit its service after four years of drinking coffee without any problems and without prior notice.
When switched on, after the usual warm-up time, instead of rinsing, there is only a slight noise that reminds one of a defective pump. The light that indicates a lack of water then goes on. When you turn it off, it's the same again. When I start the preparation, everything works perfectly. But instead of the coffee only the quiet noise comes again. The ground beans then lie in the brewing unit. At first I thought the pump would be broken, but the steam nozzle would get water out as usual, and the pump would make a normal noise as well.
Maybe someone can help me here.
