hi, we have been using our machine for 2 years without problem, but recently the coffee was coming out very watery so we did routine maintenance and a cleaning tablet and the coffee was much stronger. shortly after that, water began to pool under the machine, it was coming from a seam on the left side of the machine. water is also now pouring into the grounds canister and the machine is currently not working at all. seems there is a blockage somewhere so water is not going where it's supposed to any longer. please help! any troubleshooting ideas? thank you
