no water for coffee

With the cleaning program, the water supply or flow was no problem. Only after that was it no longer possible to prepare the coffee. The beans were ground and then landed dry in the marc and the machine became hot. We checked the washer, it's clean and ok. Is
there a tip for inexperienced
amateurs?
