Hello dear coffee community biggrin.gif

I'm interested in the two fully automatic coffee machines CafeRomatica 767 or 646.

Had any of you reports about coffee + milk foam temperature?

I had already tested a Delonhi Esam24.467 and was really disappointed by the temperature of the cappuccino.

I had set the machine to the highest temperature level and the result was,

that the milk froth was 55 degrees and the espresso 59 degrees. Together, of course, under 60. I find that much too small and the cappuccino was also only warm.

I have often heard that the milk foam never gets quite so hot anyway with the fully automatic machines either with milk can, or the automatic version via the milk nozzle. Some of you have already written here, if you only want hot milk, it will come out lukewarm.

I think that the decision then must be the temperature of the espresso's to get the cappuccino really hot.

can someone say something to the machines?

LG and thank you in advance.

Hello,

>even if the post is older, maybe more interested.

>With my 757 the cappu / latte is more than hot enough for my feeling.
After mixing ratio also so that you can not drink it directly.

Absolute degrees numbers I can not offer here.

What is also a very good tip to influence the milk foam: the WMF milk lance (other manufacturers may also do this).
This fits 100% to the Nivona hose, and by adjusting the flow rate you can make the foam significantly hotter.
Independent of this, the thing is also very practical and the hose does not dissipate.
