Brew group cannot be removed

Good morning

I am just trying for the first time to remove the brew group from my De Longi Magnifica S for cleaning (The indicator light, a triangle with call sign in it indicates that it needs cleaning).

The brew group cannot be removed despite squeezing the red buttons and pulling at the same time. The way I see it, the brew group is in the wrong position to be able to do that at all - I think you have to tilt it.
Have done some reading and other people have used the standby button and the toggle switch on the back of the machine to tilt the brew group to the correct position.
I honestly can't find a toggle switch.
Please help me how to remove the thing for cleaning! Just tried uploading photos but if I have to upload them to a website before that, wouldn't know which one, no idea honestly don't know enough.

The machine must be switched off normally using the control button. Then the brew group moves to the position to remove it.
