Melitta cafeo bistro - coffee is very weak, watery

Can s.o locate the problem on my melitta cafeo bistro. The coffee tastes so weak almoat watery and bean discard container.. i can see the beans are not grained finely still in relatively bigger pieces. That happens even i set the small at the back to finest grain.
