Fill up Café Bonitas NewStar with water

Hello, I have a Bonitas NewStar for about 4 years.
Was also very
satisfied so
far
.

After the last decalcification I have not

used

the machine for about four weeks

.

Now I want to use it again, fill up the water, turn on the power and the machine and the display shows "Fill up water" but the water tank is full.



What do I do now? All this shaking and pressing on the tank is no use.

, in the tank is a magnetic float.
Have a look and see
if it floats when water
is
filled in
.
