On 23.8.2019 I bought a machine "TECH1". I have problems with it . The counter for the pomace ejection does not work at all, in the pomace container I always have so much water that I have no pellets but sludge and recently I have often water in the cup and the coffee is ground under the brewing group in the collection tray. I have been trying to reach somebody for days. In vain. E.Mail comes back, by phone the number is not assigned. I have a vending machine with a guarantee package, which is not in order and I get no help. How come, even if all contacts are no longer valid?
