Touch panel does not work

Hi my husband brought me a coffee maker yesterday and all of a sudden the touch panel stopped working on the left and right side at the top of the panel. Pressing the top icons presses the bottom icons. Looks like it fogged up after making coffee. It has dried out and still does not work on the corners. Does anyone know where I can buy such a panel or a replacement for this exact machine?
