I have the following problem and I hope someone can help me!
I have a Siemens eq 6 plus s100 fully automatic coffee machine. After about one year of operation, since yesterday the error message "Please fill bean container" appears. But this only appears when I switch on the coffee machine and select a beverage. Then the grinder runs for 2-3 seconds and then stops the process - error message appears. If I prepare drinks afterwards, nothing happens.
A factory restart has already been carried out and the customer service department has been called, which could not offer me a solution apart from the repair service. Would like to try to save me the 200 Euro repair service in advance.
Does anyone have a solution? I'm very happy to hear your answers.
