Jura S90 from the 14.07.1999 from the Sleeping Beauty sleep

i have about 10 years ago (+/- 2-3 years) my "Old Jura S90" coffee machine, purchase date 14.07.1999, due to a new acquisition sent to sleep.

I think that's when the steam kinda stopped working..., but never mind for now.

Now that my wife has gotten a new job, and has to leave me during the week, I wanted to get this going again, for the second home.

My wife would only use the machine without steam, as American Drinker!

Before the "mothballing", back 10 years ago, I thoroughly cleaned the machine and still decalcified and cleaned, dried out, vacuumed and packed in the original box.

In addition, it must be said that this machine, one of the earlier generations of Jura, did not yet have a brew group to remove or similar, which is now almost always the case with new equipment.

Now, I clean this again, decalcify and clean this, more but already not.

Now the question :
Has anyone done something similar before?
Were spare parts reinstalled in advance?
Was the machine possibly disassembled, etc. ??[/B[/B]]

Currently, I do not know how this looks from the inside, as Jura has "not provided at all" at the time

In principle, your Jura still has almost the same brewing unit as the current Juras. With Jura, the brewing units are generally not removable. At least not without unscrewing the machine.
After 10 years, of course, one or the other seal may have become hard and possibly the machine then leaks. Did it run right from the start? Does the brewing unit sound tortured during the process?
I would at least revise the brewing unit. New seals. Also open the back and check or replace all hose seals and also look at the heaters at the screw connections whether they are tight.
A gasket set doesn't cost that much. If the heaters are leaking at the screw connections, then it will be more work, because it is difficult to get the parts tight again.
In addition, the grinder disassemble and clean and depending on how many cups the machine already has a new grinding ring spend.
The S90 is not a bad machine, even if it already has its age.
Have here also still 2 or 3 standing around, which actually go but the heaters are leaking at the screw connections. Since the effort is too great for me to repair the again.

The coffee spout is clogged.
Take a look at Komtra.de. There are instructions for opening and disassembling the spout.
It actually goes quite well.
You can try to unclog the holes from below, but that is only a short-term solution.
