Hello Yvonne, we have similar problem. Have also already written to Bosch, but so far unfortunately no answer.

Hi, I had similar problem and read you should start the descaling again and in the middle of it disconnect the power and let the whole thing stand for a night.
Had worked for me until today. The error is gone but the brewing of the coffee breaks off at the start.
Now I'm looking for a solution here myself ...
