Deactivate demo mode on krups intuition prefer

Hello everyone

I recently bought a krups intuition preference+ (ea875) (display model) only the problem is that it is in demo mode and impossible to find the manipulation to deactivate it, it's been 2 days that I'm fighting with the krups sav who should send me the manipulation, could someone help me?
