Hello, i have a delonghi magnifica evo ecam290 coffee machine, it's less than 1 year old and from one day to the next it no longer takes the milk jug. before i decide to return it to the after-sales service, i'd like to try to solve the problem, with your help if you agree.
I've tried a reset, it takes the water nozzle but not the milk nozzle, could the problem be with the milk jug?

Hello, there are two microswitches behind orifice plate, you can confirm them with a toothpick or wooden skewer. Surely a flag can also be broken off at the milk can.
