No more café comes out of the machine

Hello everyone,
I have a Melitta Caffeo. It has been 'bitching' for some time now. At times the amount of coffee was low, accompanied by a hissing/whistling sound as if pressure was escaping somewhere. The problem has resolved itself. As of this morning, not a drop of café comes out at all. There is a puddle under the drip tray. I have already read a bit. Do you think it is just the drain valve or could it be another (additional) problem with a leak?
