Brewing piston / Brewing unit / Esam4000

Hello Community,

I have the following problem with my DeLonghi Esam 4000;

Originally I had with my coffee machine the problem that no coffee or only dropwise came out.

After complete cleaning and replacement of the pump as well as the overduck valve. I decalcified the pump with the program.
Because the problem was not yet solved I have now also removed and cleaned the brewing piston.

After reassembly I now have a fault message when starting the machine.
The message comes immediately after the coming together of brewing unit and piston (autom.rinsing process) and then the brewing unit moves back to the initial situation.

Am bischen with the nerves at the end and hope for your help.

Hello Martin, have you perhaps removed the OBK and overhauled. Forgot to connect the cables to the microswitch, or assembled the OBK incorrectly so that the brew group can not move in TDC (top dead center)?
