Coffea in frip tray - not cup

I have seen that many other had this problem!
After cleaning program, the coffea comes in the driptray inside the machine instead of in the cup. Hot water works!

How did you solve it?
A few says change or clean the drainage valve, some say it doesn't work.
Where shall I start to look?
I don't have service center close so I probably need to fix it myself.
Where can I bay spare part (cheap on internet)
