does not heat

hei leute!

have bought a syncrony over ebay with the description wasseraustritt.

have i looked at today, engine turned up but unfortunately it does not heat up.

led27 lights up, 23 & 24 blinks

>have attacked continuous-flow heater, is not warm

have almost no voltage and connections for the heating coils, how much should this be approx.

i've already managed the heating, but unfortunately the control light for the water indicator doesn't go out. and the pump doesn't start if you open the water valve.

my question: does anyone have a link where to see the circuit diagram of the control electronics?
