Hello, experts, have owned a QM 5000A for about 2 years. Now the espresso became smaller and smaller, in terms of the amount of water, most of it ran back into the tank. So decalcify. Now it's decalcified, degreased (powder), rinsed, but it's still not working. If I flush, 2/3 of the water will still run back. But if I block the hose, that's fine.
Is the solenoid valve crossed?

Many thanks in advance for your ideas and suggestions

PS: if someone still has a drip tray over, I would be interested...

Are both filters okay? Beside the filter in the water tank there is another one under the rear fairing. Maybe it's blocked?

Hello, yes, both the suction filter (which likes to moan) and the pre-pump filter have been removed, cleaned and reinstalled. was the first thing i saw.
meanwhile i got a little deeper into the mechanics (can't wait to hear the answers because of acute espresso addiction) and after disassembling and disassembling the solenoid valve i noticed that probably the solenoid coil had passed. Attempts to get one are around € 20-30, whereas the complete valve would be around € 60-70.

thanks for your answer and the many views of the others.
